Develops 99.9% pure ethylene, through a   chemical reaction between two exclusive products of ours:DAMELENE^® and ZETA^®.

It is characterised by great safety, easiness of use, versatility and convenience.

1) It is the only system to assure the absolute purity of the gas ethylene > 99,9% (accompanied with official certificates).

2) It is the only system legally recognised by the Anti Sophistication Body (NAS). It complies with the M.D. of 15th/02/84 (O.G. of 21st/03/84 n°80) and reg. EEC (N°397/71).

3) The dosage doing is simple and precise in relation to the cool room volume. The quantity is stoichiometrically predetermined by the table put on the equipment.

4) It can be used promptly; it is not necessary the installation or any connection (electric) for the working.

5) The ethylene produced at once in loco by the ethylene generator is concentrated and very pure, so that the result (colour) will be better.

6) In the cool rooms: neither plant of pipes, nor supply mechanisms for the ethylene are necessary, and any control is unnecessary.

7) It is safe and comfortable; it is possible to use it in more cool rooms.

8) The load and the transport for the ethylene generator are easy; no problem to form a stock of cardboards of "DAMELENE^® and ZETA REAGENT^®". This one is liquid, but it is not inflammable or perishable, troubles which may appear in different systems.

9) It is economic compared to other system (bottles). By using 1 litre of "DAMELENE^®", 245 litres of very pure Ethylene.

10) No more empty bottles to return or hire expenses. The ethylene generator cost in amortised very soon.

DAMELENE^® and ZETA REAGENT^®

The DAMELENE^® and the ZETA REAGENT^® are chemical products, that can be used only with the ethylene generator ETHYLFAST. DAMELENE^®is packed up in boxes with 12 plastic bottles of 950 ml each, ZETA REAGENT^® in boxes with 12 flacons of 750 gr. each. A DAMELENE^® bottle is enough for the ripening of about 12.000 boxes of bananas. DAMELENE^®  and ZETA REAGENT^® consumption may change, according to the type of treatment (slow or fast), the type of fruit that must be ripened, the size of the room, the quantity of product that is stored in the room etc.
