It consists in verifying first the fitness of the cold room to realize, in a better way, the ripening and the preserving process through a structural analysis of the same one.

Analysis of the degree of maturation pre-harvest.

It’s a process finalized to verify the fitness of the fruit to be ripened or preserved, so that to avoid the ineffectiveness of the same processes.

Study and analysis of the specific characteristics of the fruit to be treated.

The knowledge of the structural, physics and chemists characteristics of the fruit to be submitted to the treatment, allows to control the whole ripening and preserving process, optimizing its results.

Formality of loading of the cell.
