After many years of researches we are proud to introduce the "SUPER  STEAM M"  Gold series,  a dry and sterile steam generator working with drinkable water of any hardness, for the accelerated ripening process of the fruits and vegetables inside the cold rooms.  Our SUPER STEAM M, producing steam and regulating the damp up to 98%, facilitates the osmosis process avoiding phenomenons of condensation and shrivel of the fruits, maintaining the freshness and the firmness  of it in an impeccable way.

 

SUPER STEAM M:

Compact technological unit for the management and the modification of the atmosphere.

It monitors and  checks the relative humidity  and the temperature inside a one (SSMUT) or two (SSMUT2) adjacent cool roms contemporarity.

Main characteristics:

  • Inspectioable stainless steel Boiler for the production of dry and sterile steam, working by electric soaking  resistance with manual water outlet tap;

  • Water  softener filter of 20 liters with resins for the ionic exchange.

  • Electronic level regolators connected to n° 4 probes for the maintance of the minimal and maximum water level  with  the interruption of the operativity  in default of water;

  • Control panel working with: n.1 humidity electronic regulator + n.1 electronic thermostat connected to precise probes for the control and the maintance of  hygronometrics and C° degree entered, counter/totalizator for the regeneration, indicator lights of working and general switch.
