Applications: mainly ripening

It is included into KV 97^® System. It is placed inside the cold-room and linked to the Super Steam that controls the 6 finned resistances placed inside. It has 5 important functions: to raise the temperature, to recycle quickly the air, to diffuse the steam, to eliminate the condensed air and to make homogenous the chemico - physical conditions inside the whole cold-room, during the cycle of accelerated ripening.
