What happens in the most common preserving rooms, characterized by a low RH, is absorption of the present damp of the vegetable and fruit products deposited through the dry air, provoking their Withering and Weight Decrease.

With the purpose to obiate to these, is necessary to realize a very damp environment, next to the limit of the saturation, so to possessed during the harvest.

The value of the 96-98% of the RH inside the room is an easily reachable winning post for our "Super Steam" with the purpose to determine on the surface of the fruits a tension of steam able to facilitate the osmosis process than cannot be realized with water in any liquid state, even if elegantly divided by any atomizer.

The Dry and Sterile Steam produced is constituted by simple molecules of water and not aggregated ones, facilitating the transpiration of the fruit, the absorption of the necessary quantity of steam, avoids to wet the vegetable & fruit products and, therefore, is able to attenuate the phenomenon of the Marcescence (moulds and bacterias) favoured by the water in the liquid state.

Our "Super Steam" it is applicable in every kind of cold room and works with drinkable water of any hardness. With a particular device of deviation, it is possible to manage n. 2 adjacent rooms in an autonomous and indipendent way. Are avaiable for wall and floor.

TO BETTER PRESERVE FOR LONGER!

All the operators of the vegetable & fruit sector know that the Ethylene is natural hormone produced by the metabolism of the vegetable and fruits products.

As it is known, in a physiological level, the production of ethylene could have positive or negative effects for vegetable & Fruit Products, and for so different techniques try to reduce its negative consequences (over-ripening and it's effects).

In the field of the preserving process of Vegetable & Fruit Products, our Air Depurator BK3, equipped with special cartridges of EXTRAETIL (exclusive chemical product) for the absorption and the demolition of Ethylene and other gases (O.V.S.) present inside the preserving rooms, represents an essential tool to maintain and to obtain on the products: Freshness, Resistance and Healthiness.

The physical-chemical action produced by our BK/3 interacts on the fruit during its maintenance delaing its ripening, maintaining for a longer time and in natural way the original organoleptics, and limiting the rising up of vrgetative moulds of any type on the surface.

It can be easily positioned inside the cold room producing a forced circulation of air, pushing the gases present inside the room on the Extraetil cartridges purifyng the air.

Our BK/3 has been studied to exploit EXTRAETIL in the best way througt the recycle of suitable masses of air in an optimal speed so that to get a crossing of the cartridges with a predetermined and constant contact . Our BK/3 can entertain from 56 to 84 kilos of EXTRAETIL.
